Many of our agents are former special operations, specialists from the United States military, law enforcement, S.W.A.T, fire, rescue, and paramedics.
If you do not have military, police or updated weapons training or licensure, we encourage you to contact us, as we have developed our own internal training program designed to enhance your skill level. All Pale Horse GRS agents are obligated to complete our training.
While you will be assessed on your qualifications, that alone does not make for an ideal candidate. Your level of leadership, dependability, adaptability, and integrity matters immensely to us, which is why we believe that your motivations are just as important as your certifications in determining your qualifications.
